The Propaganda Beast

I’m finding the description of the beasts in Revelation 13 to be useful in understanding our world today. You can see this as evidence we’re in the end times (I do), but you don’t have to in order to have this symbolic metaphor aid in understanding our current world.

I’ve given a fuller description, here. In short, there are two beasts, both controlled by the dragon (Satan). The first is the beast that rises out of the sea; it represents the worldwide combination of evil—individuals, nations, organizations working together for power but not for the good of mankind. We use such terms as the international cabal, the international Deep State, the whore of all the earth, the great and abominable church, the oligarchy, leviathan, secret combinations…. I’ll just refer to this as the sea beast.

The second is a beast on the land, a lamb with horns that speaks as a dragon. It’s a false speaking beast. And it gives voice and support to the other beast. I think it refers to corporate media, entertainment media, academia, government and other organizations’ propagandists, who give a surprisingly unified narrative, which they enforce. I call this one the propaganda beast.

The propaganda beast is becoming more obvious, but it is also weakening. Here are the pieces of evidence that the propaganda beast is becoming more obvious—that is, it’s becoming more obvious that it is lying in its efforts to prop up the worldwide evil cabal.

The Obvious Beast

Piece 1: The supposed president, Joe Biden, has dementia, or some kind of cognitive weakness, likely something not uncommon to people his age (he’s 81, I believe, right now). This has been covered up for years. People paying attention—and following non-corporate media—have been aware of the malady and decline all along. But it was a sudden surprise, as in, “We’re shocked! Shocked!!” to Democrat supporters when he showed his befuddled self in the June 27 debate.

Most of the people claiming to be shocked were aware all along, but they are trying to cover for their lies. A few, mainly the uninformed useful idiots (a term used by Marxists to refer to unwitting supporters), who pay very little attention but believe anything they hear from corporate media, may also have been shocked. No one else was.

It’s still a question whether showing the demented Biden in front of the country was intentional. The debate was set well ahead of either party’s convention, which is unheard of. And, although the rules and conditions were obviously to favor Biden, it was set at 9:00 PM, which is some hours past his usual bedtime, and stories are that he’s best up until about 4:00 PM. So that seems intentional.

Whatever it was, it was a decision of the sea beast which the propaganda beast props up and gives voice to.

Piece 2: On July 13 at an outdoor rally in Pennsylvania, President Trump, the leading candidate for President in 2024, is shot by a “lone gunman” from a roof just 130 yards or so from the stage. Because of a fluke—or divinely timed turn of the head—the bullet grazed his right ear, rather than penetrating his head. Three others were shot, one of which was killed.

The Secret Service chief gave lame excuses, such as the roof was too steep (it was such a gentle slope, it qualifies as ADA compliant); she was pressured to step down. The person who had been refusing to give additional resources, over many months of such requests, was tapped as the interim replacement. He brought charts to cast blame on local law enforcement, but much of that authoritative display was easily disputed.

This is a massive security failure. And yet the corporate media (playing their part as the propaganda beast) are content to be completely lacking in curiosity about how such a failure could happen. Oddly, after this event that came within an inch of causing Trump’s death—and the possible civil war that could have ensued—there’s almost no more mention of it beyond the first day or two of the news cycle.

There is information coming out, but only if you go around the propaganda beast, which we’ll touch on later.

Piece 3: On Sunday, July 28, Biden sent out the PDF of a letter saying he would be stepping down from the campaign and would concentrate just on running the country for the remainder of his term. And he added that he would soon address the nation personally to explain. He did not endorse his VP as a replacement in that letter, which had an odd version of his signature. But he did endorse Harris within hours afterward.

On Wednesday, July 31, he addressed the nation, saying stuff put before him on a teleprompter, but without explaining why he was no longer running.

Piece 4: Kamala Harris, known as a DEI hire (back in the 2020 campaign, Biden insisted he would find a black woman for his VP, regardless of qualification, apparently) and probably the worst VP in US history, unlikable, unelectable, vapid, and without principle beyond being pro-Marxist (with the most radically leftist voting record in the Senate while she was there), suddenly, overnight, is the media darling. Money is flowing into the campaign. People are thrilled with her. Polling shows her (sometimes) leading Trump, so the media delights to tell us.

Piece 5: The UK has had riots following the murder of three girls by a person of Rwandan descent. The UK is cracking down on “keyboard warriors,” including those living abroad, whose words could, in the government’s opinion, foment rioting—or more importantly go against the government’s chosen narrative. Efforts to censor appear all around the world, always in ways that support the sea beast’s narrative, never in support of truth.

Piece 6: On October 7, 2023, Hamas attacked Israel in the most brutal and savage fashion, killing, raping, murdering, kidnapping. For a couple of days it seemed there was sympathy for Israel and shock at the brutality of Hamas. But soon the calls came for Israel to be more moderate in its response. And then pro-Hamas (and later simply pro-Palestinian) protests began showing up, mainly on college campuses. College officials failed to shut them down, and began shutting down pro-Israel (or even pro-conservative) speakers out of fear their presence could cause danger because of the protesters. Meanwhile, a chronic lack of truth telling of Israel’s history continues.

 

The Weakening Beast

I won’t counter all the “pieces” above. A couple will suffice.

The Current Coup: People are using the word “coup” to describe what has happened to the Biden campaign/presidency. It has been assumed that Biden was not running the White House; he is a puppet. But who has been holding the strings? That was the question. Even now, we can only make suppositions.

But now there are enough leaks for us to know that Biden was pressured: “either quit or we’ll use the 25^th Amendment against you.” That means they would be willing to declare he is incompetent and he would be removed from the presidency. If he cooperated, he could finish his term.

Notice how any sentient person can see that, if the 25^th Amendment can be invoked, it should be invoked. There can be no negotiation with an incompetent president. So they are obviously continuing to lie about his competence—even though we know they are lying, and they know we know they are lying.

Their claim that they must defeat Trump in order to protect democracy is clearly a lie, because they through out all the votes for Biden and put up Kamala, whom no one has voted for, as the candidate. They have no respect for either democracy or our constitutional republic. They protect their power, and they just call that democracy to pacify the useful idiots.

Who are “they”? Glenn Beck talked about that this week in his Wednesday night special. He showed how money from various billionaires wield power mostly from behind the scenes. He listed several:

·        Netflix co-founder Reed Hastings.

·        LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman.

·        George and Alex Soros.

·        Bill Gates.

·        Bill Gates's ex-wife Melinda Gates.

·        Former COO of Meta [Facebook] Sheryl Sandberg.

·        Venture capitalist Vinod Khosla.

There are of course others. Glenn Beck gave some details about now-convicted fraudster Sam Bankman-Fried, who misappropriated funds for his personal use, which included donating to candidates. He spent $40 million during the midterms, making him the fourth largest mega-donor in 2022. And before he was arrested, he had pledged $1 billion to defeat Donald Trump in 2024.

Beck went on to say this:

Big money has always existed in American politics. But I’ve never seen them effectively jettison a president and hand-select another candidate within a span of a few days before. And get the media to play along and cover up all of it. It’s insane.

America, this is not a republic anymore. It’s an oligarchy. The masks are coming off.

Beck added evidence of how they’re pouring the money in. James O’Keefe showed videos of interviews he did with people whose names show up as donating unlikely amounts, with unlikely frequency, to super PACs, and namely ActBlue. The people might have donated small amounts a time or two. But then their names were used, again and again, as cover for the dark money donations. The people were unaware.

Undercover work by people such as James O’Keefe has been done by journalists for many decades. But now, with video—and the ability to share video on many different platforms, beyond what can be censored—evidence is coming to light that would previously be called simply another conspiracy theory.

This proliferation of alternative media sources, and even citizen journalism, is weakening the propaganda beast. It doesn’t mean something is true, just because it comes from a non-corporate or non-government source. But it does mean a discerning person hunting for the truth is not prevented from finding truth because of the propaganda beast’s control over information.

 

The Assassination LIHOP: About the assassination attempt on President Trump, it was possibly the most video-recorded crime in history. The event itself was being livestreamed, so there’s an official video, I believe provided by the Trump campaign. But in addition, there were some 10-12,000 people attending, most of them with cell phones capable of recording video of the occasion, and many of them were doing so. This is, in that way, completely unlike the JFK assassination, with only one grainy camera angle and a whole lot of classified details we still haven’t been allowed to see.

The story is being told—despite the propaganda beast’s efforts to move on and forget—because we have alternative sources.

There are three main sources I’ve been going to:

·        Dan Bongino, who used to serve as a secret service agent, and who has friends willing to come to him and reveal what they know.

·        Robert Gouveia, a law vlogger who has a skill for putting together the official documented sources and asking the right questions.

·        Chris Martenson, of Peak Prosperity, who is gathering the data and going through the logic to determine what we know and what we still need to know.

All of these seem to be aware of the three possibilities—and we don’t yet know which it is:

·        It was a series of protocol breaches, mistakes, and failures that just happened to align to allow this unfortunate scenario to play out—but at least the protectee didn’t die.

·        It was a series of protocol breaches, mistakes, and failures that were becoming systemic, with the known possibility that such a scenario could sometime, somewhere take place. This is known as LIHOP: let it happen on purpose.

·        It was a series of intentional protocol breaches, mistakes, and failures that would make an intentional assassination attempt look like merely incompetence. This is known as MIHOP: make it happen on purpose. This could possibly include collusion with the shooter and/or others.

There is some evidence for the third option, and a whole lot of evidence for the second option. But we can’t yet rule out the first option.

This last source, Chris Martensen, only got on my radar since this event. He puts out something almost daily. He categorizes what we know, what we think we know, and what theories we can now dismiss. He uses a systematized logic, adjusting things as new evidence arises.

There was new bodycam footage released, and he went through that with us (here), and came up with an official timeline we are supposed to accept, which brings up more questions. And then he lists the new set of questions the new information leads us to ask.

One of the things his group has done is analyze audio of the bullets. With each video, he asks for anyone with any audio or video to send it in. And he advises, if you offer your phone to official sources, make backups first, because they’ll likely return it to you wiped. Good pro tip.

But this crowd sourced info is getting us closer to the truth than any official source is offering. And it has uncovered many of their lies. It’s possible that, between whistleblowers from inside law enforcement and individual citizens—including some more high-powered individual sources like Martensen—we might get to the truth despite the obfuscating of government.

 

The Walz Problem: This is an add-on to the coup. Just days ago Kamala Harris announced Tim Walz, governor of Minnesota, as her running mate (although the convention isn’t until next week, and who knows what can happen). He wasn’t the expected choice. Usually a running mate is intended to bring something to the ticket—a state that is in play, or a way to balance style or a constituency the top of the ticket doesn’t have. Not so in this case.

He's an older white male from a state that remained blue even in 1984 when every other state went with Reagan. He’s also got a lot of baggage, which alternative media reminded us of within hours of the pick.

·        He’s a socialist—as is Harris; and neither of them hide it well. He aligns with Ilhan Omar, who represents his state and the radical Islamic constituency there.

·        He oversaw the riots in Minnesota in 2020. That is, he watched them burn his capital city around him and sort of went, “Well, they have their reasons, I guess.”

·        He enforced COVID lockdowns and mask mandates and jabs. In other words, he caused irreparable harm to his people, and some of them are waking up to that fact.

·        He insists on transgender surgery for minors. And, for reasons that escape sane people, he placed tampon machines in boys’ bathrooms in schools across the state. This has earned him the moniker “Tampon Tim.”

·        He has a stolen valor problem. He lied about his retirement rank. While he did have that rank when active in the reserves, he did not complete the training and other requirements to earn it, so when he retired, he was demoted below that level. And the reason he retired—his group was being called up to serve in Iraq; he didn’t want to go.

That last one, about the stolen valor, we know about because people in his company who did deploy felt betrayed by him, and they’ve been coming forward to make it known. So, again, this is information we get outside of the usual information sources—in spite of the propaganda beast.

There’s more evidence of the beast’s weakening. I think people who woke up after the COVID lies showed that the beasts went too far.

Here’s another analogy: In The Wizard of Oz, when Dorothy’s dog, Toto, pulls open the curtain, and they see the Great and Powerful Oz is a pudgy guy manipulating a machine, he at first has the machine say, “Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.” But it’s too late. He’s been revealed.

In that story, the guy that was Oz turned out to be not so terrible. But that’s not what we see when we look behind the curtain and see the sea beast and the propaganda beast doing the bidding of the dragon. We are looking at actual evil. And this cabal that loves power is not going to give it up easily.

Right now the beasts are trying but failing to distract. But they're also still trying to move forward with their plans, to get to the point where the cabal's power is total, and it can enforce a worldwide totalitarian dictatorship. If it can just get to that point, it won’t have to worry about covering up its nefarious acts; it will just do them—mass murder included.

So, like a caged animal, it is dangerous. But speaking truth—pulling back the curtain and confronting every weaselly person manipulating their part of the machine—is our mission. And crowd sourcing that mission, going around that propaganda beast, is going to weaken it further and further, helping us survive until the glorious day our Redeemer rescues us and totally defeats the dragon.

Real Education Choice

Back in the 1990s we had neighbors who homeschooled; this was in another state that is not the bastion of homeschooling freedom that Texas is. In that state they were required to meet regularly with a certified teacher. They had a homeschooling family friend with a teaching certificate, so they got together regularly to meet the state requirement. There’s no such requirement here in Texas.

But those parents were able to put a child (or two or three) into a public school classroom—just for a particular class. Math, or music. I don’t remember what classes they used the schools for. I do remember that they were able to do it with one child in two different high schools—in two adjacent but separate districts.

Here we are, nearly 30 years later, in the “free state of Texas,” and that option is completely off the table, never considered, and impossible. We have had problems getting even UIL participation for anyone but public school students—even though UIL was created at a time (1913 or so) when the vast majority of Texas students were homeschooled and/or private schooled. Public schools came in later and took over control, which is what government institutions do.

Currently the state conversation (by that I mean the resulting language in the Republican Party of Texas Platform) about school choice is limited to public, charter, private, or homeschool. For any given child, it’s one of these four choices, and one choice only. Two of these, public and charter schools, are already paid for with taxpayer dollars. Charter schools, however, are not available to all; they are usually provided by lottery. Private school means a family pays full tuition out of pocket, so that’s not available to anyone who can’t afford the tuition, unless they find a private scholarship. Homeschool means, usually, that at least one parent gives up income opportunities to handle the education of their children. Out-of-pocket expenses for homeschoolers are considerably lower. A refund of that family’s tax going to education would cover it. But, again, this isn’t available to families that can’t sacrifice a parent’s income. So the choice conversation has been about expanding “free” education to families whose needs are not met by public or charter schools to include using a voucher for a seat in a private school or to homeschool (although there’s not really a good description of how a voucher could be used for homeschooling).

Why are the options that limited? Why not various combinations of the four options? And why not add in a whole lot of other options: private tutors, online courses, private lessons, therapies (equine therapy comes to mind), apprenticeships, skills certification programs?

The first time I heard about Education Savings Accounts (ESAs), back in 2016, they included all of these options. Very much like a health savings account—which can only be used for healthcare purposes—an ESA would be a fund attached to the child (meeting thereby the state requirement to provide free education to all) that could be used for any combination of those educational purposes. Families have an incentive for getting a good deal, because the money could be rolled over to the next year for that child, or eventually toward college tuition.

It would require an involved parent. But a parent who is aware that their child is being underserved and is looking for a way out and not finding it—that is a parent who’s already involved and is motivated. It’s not going to be enough to endanger the monolithic government institution.

So, our battle for school choice continues in Texas. And it’s divided into multiple battles; there's a battle between school choice and no school choice, as well as essentially between school vouchers and ESAs.

If it were up to the parents, we would have school choice already. And ESAs are the preferred way for the money to follow the child. I believe it would also be the best way of introducing the free market into the otherwise socialist public school monopoly—giving us better quality at a lower cost, as the free market does. But it would also have the bonus of being the best way to prevent government intrusion and indoctrination, which is one reason conservative opponents give against money following the child.

A recent study done by University of Houston’s Public Administration program and Texas Southern University’s masters program in Public Affairs, shows that every demographic and party affiliation favors school choice—and particularly ESAs—with the lowest support among white Democrats, who come in at 58%. With numbers like these, you’d think it would be a slam dunk to get legislation passed. It has been a governor’s priority, with multiple special sessions in 2023 to get it done, after it didn’t pass in the regular session. But it was never even given a vote. As a result, the obstructionist House Speaker, nominally Republican Dade Phelan, was challenged and nearly beaten in the Primary (it is believed Democrat crossover voters kept his candidacy alive, just barely). It looks likely he will not get the speakership again, we can hope.

While Texas was an early leader in homeschooling freedom, it lags badly behind many other states in school choice. Right now—well ahead of the 2025 legislative session—is the time for bills to get written. We didn’t get what we wanted in any bill last time. This time, with maybe more chance for debate and passage, we ought to insist on a bill that offers real education choice, not a nominal choice between public school or a seat in a better nearby public school, or failing that a seat in a private school. We want a bill that offers any and all combinations of educational options, all chosen by the parents for their individual child.

Then comes the question of how to fund it. There are people who spend all their time on this question, deem it impossible, and therefore oppose school choice, even for low-income students trapped in failing schools. That’s not acceptable. Let’s just note that, adding health savings accounts to a person’s insurance benefits didn’t have the outcome of bankrupting insurance companies. And, as an even more apt example, we have multiple states who have tried ESAs, and we can learn from them.

No more excuses. This year needs to be the year the power of education gets put back into the hands of parents.

Fight! Fight! Fight! With Voices, Votes, and Prayers

A note on Facebook says, “I’m getting really tired of being part of a major historical event.” I used to think history was something you recognized in hindsight, not necessarily while it’s happening. But we’re living through historic times, as I believe I said last week. Such times can be equal parts fascinating, scary, and exhausting.

Since last week,

·        On Thursday rumors flew that Biden would drop out of the campaign, which he would announce on Sunday, and he would not be endorsing Kamala Harris.

·        Biden claimed he would continue to run, including up through late Saturday night.

·        Biden tweeted out a letter (with a squirrelly signature), early Sunday morning, saying he was dropping out of the race.

·        Biden tweeted that he would be endorsing Kamala Harris.

·        Legal and financial hurdles to a replacement candidate are ignored. Lawsuits may follow.

·        Kamala has supposedly gotten support of enough delegates to be nominated—verifying that “saving democracy” was never a priority for those opposing Donald Trump.

·        Secret Service Director Kim Cheatle testifies before Congress and proves she is utterly incompetent.

·        Cheatle steps down from her position. This does not automatically solve all the SS problems.

·        Many questions remain unanswered concerning the investigation into the assassination attempt.

·        Biden finally speaks to the nation, Wednesday evening, proving he is nominally alive, but reassuring no one that he is capable of being president.

In what world would there be news that would distract from the assassination attempt on Donald Trump? Well, this one where Joe Biden insists, despite the rumors, that he is running and will continue to run for reelection. And then on Sunday—the day rumored to be the day he would make the announcement—he announces via a PDF letter on Twitter with a signature that doesn’t look authentic—that he would be stepping away from the race. Some days earlier it was announced he had COVID. No one had seen him since. Here are a couple of the immediate skeptical responses:

Wednesday, July 24, Biden finally spoke, from the oval office, to explain. He didn’t actually explain, though. And he almost didn’t blink. I tried keeping my eyes open until his next blink, and I couldn’t do it. He was reading a teleprompter. I heard someone say it was the large one, instead of a smaller one that would have him reading right into the camera, which is why his eyes are directed slightly away from the viewer. In reading the words, he still stumbled, and seemed to lose his place on occasion, in the 11 minutes or so that he spoke.

He blatantly lied multiple times about his “accomplishments” as president. I had thought I might want to go through the lies and debunk them. Since the debate, Mr. Reagan (YouTube channel) has been promising to do a video fact-checking of both Trump and Biden, since they keep claiming Trump lied (Jill Biden screamed it to a crowd), but he hasn’t completed that. Maybe it’s a given. Biden lies. While Trump exaggerates, he is surprisingly truthful. But the rest of them—they all lie. I considered doing my own fact check—not just of the debate, but the Biden interview a week later, and the Sunday stepping-down letter, and the Wednesday night “explanation to the nation.” But it’s such a given that they lie, I’m postponing that for some future time, if it ever becomes expedient.

Anyway, the Clintons have endorsed Kamala. The Obamas, noticeably, have not done so [after I wrote, but before I posted, they endorsed Kamala, very early morning July 26]. One thing about power mongers, they compete against each other. So there may yet be a play to have an open convention and pull someone in out of thin air. Michelle Obama? Many people continue to verify that she is not willing to do it, even as a puppet with Barack doing all of the actual work of tyrannical rule. I don’t know. It does appear Obama “leaked” a hint that maybe Joe ought to get out of the race, a week ago.

Which brings us to the point I want to make today.

We are indeed witnessing a coup. I don’t know who is holding the reins of power right now, but it is not Biden. We have known for years that he was incapable of handling the job of president, and that he was merely a puppet. Everyone surrounding him knew this. This absolutely includes Kamala Harris.

If they have lied about something as significant as whether the president is incapacitated, and covered up the fact, what else are they lying about?

To be clear, they are not now pushing Biden aside because of his mental incapacitation; they are pushing him aside because the public now knows about it. And putting him in that debate—despite all the things they did to favor him—was a ploy to get the public to see that truth, probably to get him out. All of the people involved could have called him out before a primary, but they didn’t. Let them explain why.

They lied about him running the country and have not revealed who the unelected person behind the scenes is who has been pulling the strings. They lied about “democracy” and protecting us from Donald Trump, who is “literally Hitler.” (One report has now said that J. D. Vance, Trumps VP pick, is “even worse than Hitler.”) They lie about the economy being great, when we know it isn’t. They lie about the border being secure, when we know it isn’t. They lie.

Knowing that they are lying to us is what we need to be aware of—and be willing to call out—in the coming months.

There’s a summary I came across in an article on the Tom Klingenstein website by Frank Cannon: "Attack on Trump Lays Bare the Stakes of This Election":  

As President Trump raised his fist and rallied his supporters to continue the fight, he demonstrated that he understands the stakes of the ideological battle taking place. And as the crowd responded with chants of “USA,” it made clear exactly what this battle is about. America itself is the target of a radical and violent campaign meant to undermine and destroy it entirely. Trump is simply the central figure standing in their way.

I was going to end the quote there, but the next paragraph is worth sharing as well:

In this moment, it is every American’s sacred duty to fight in our nation’s defense—not with violence or bullets or any of the cynical tactics of the desperate left, but with our voices and political efforts, our votes and prayers. It is precisely because these tactics are more powerful than anything on Earth—because America’s founding principles were not just pleasant sentiments but deep and abiding truths—that the left is so scared of them. It is fear of these tactics and their potency that leads the left to demonize, marginalize, and de-platform Trump. And it is this fear that drives certain zealots among them to feel that a peaceful political rally calls for gunfire and bloodshed in response.

 

There was a fascinating conversation this week between Tucker Carlson and Jack Posobiec. Posobiec uses the word leviathan to describe the Deep State cabal, but beyond just in our country, the worldwide Deep State cabal.

Jack Posobiec on Tucker Carlson show: "The Trump Shooting
and the Coup against Biden"

Leviathan is a sea monster. The term is used in Isaiah 27:1, and a few other places in the Old Testament. The term in Isaiah could be describing the same sea monster, or sea beast, of Revelation 13. As I've mentioned before, in Revelation, the beast that rises out of the sea, symbolically means it’s an entity that covers many parts of the world, many nations—the overseas places. It is controlled by the dragon—which is Satan. And it is supported by another beast, a false-speaking ram, which gives the sea beast power to speak and to function. I call this one the propaganda beast. There’s another word, “behemoth,” that might be used here; so the behemoth supports the leviathan. Or the propaganda (in media, academia, and government—information sources) supports the worldwide cabal of power mongers.

Whatever you call it, and without identifying particular nations or persons that make up this entity, let’s just say Satan is controlling a worldwide cabal.

Back in March of 2023 I mentioned that I was wondering about the verses of Revelation 13:5-7, where it says that the sea beast will reign over the saints—the good people of the earth—for 42 months. I hesitate to “American-ize” Bible verses, but it just might be that the illegitimate administration of Joe Biden (and I think we can be pretty certain it was many many instances of voter fraud and a lot of collusion and propaganda that produced him as a “winner”) could qualify as the reign of the beast (worldwide cabal) over the saints (the people of covenant America, but which affects the whole world).

I didn’t know whether to count the reign as beginning at the election or the inauguration, but time passes, and 42 months go by. Forty-two months from the election would have been in May 2024. It was evident at that point that Biden was incompetent—even to a growing number of people who hadn’t noticed before, or admitted it. But that didn’t seem like enough, so I kept watching. Forty-two months after the inauguration was July 20, 2024. At the completion of that day, and early the following morning, Joe Biden’s “dropping out” letter went out. Are we seeing scriptural prophecy played out? Maybe.

After our attempt to understand scripture—Daniel 12:11—and counting 1290 days to wake up and see that Hamas had attacked Israel that very day, I’m thinking we really ought to be reading scriptures and paying attention. So, a strong maybe.

Whatever they say about Biden carrying on as president, we know that he is not doing that. If he has to drop out of the race—because people realized how incapacitated he was—then he is clearly too incapacitated to function as president. The only hesitation to invoke the 25^th Amendment is the threat of even a very brief Kamala Harris presidency.

But his power is gone. And a layer has been peeled away from the propped up image of the sea beast. The narrative that Biden is brave and selfless to step aside for the sake of the party and the country is, of course, propaganda, because that beast always shows up to prop up the sea beast.

This is still speculation on my part. But if we have just passed the 42 months of the beast’s reign, then that means going forward we will see its power decreasing—assuming the forces for good (including us regular people) continue to “Fight! Fight! Fight!” That also means we may see some violent responses from the beast, as a cornered predator fighting for its survival.

The final ten minutes or so of the Jack Posobiec/Tucker Carlson conversation was along those lines. They had been talking about communist revolutions. And then Tucker comments that the results following these revolutions are always worse than the circumstances before. Every time. And he refers to Posobiec’s postulate that the purpose of a system is what it does, commenting, “Then making people suffer was the whole point.” Posobiec agrees, and adds,

Now, a rational person might say, “How can you still support communism after communism’s killed a hundred million people?” Right? Well, turn that back around on itself. What if killing 100 million people was the point? If you talk to one of them, and you actually got them to answer you truthfully, they would say that, “100 million—that’s a good start. You need to add to that. Because those were Christians, those were racists, those were people who stood in the way of our utopia. And those people need to be removed from our system before we can have what it is that we truly want.”

They spend some time looking at various revolutions, and the pattern, including Spain, France, China. Then back to Spain, under Franco, and some of the atrocities, calling it,

actual demons taking human form, killing priests. Raping nuns on the altar, and then taking the nuns’ bodies and displaying their bodies, you know, with their habits on, in the public square and saying, “This is a sign of what we will do to the Church, what we will do to you, what we will do to your family.”

Shortly later Posobiec explains this as part of Lucifer’s plan:

So, Lucifer says, “I can do better than God. Look at what God has created. Look at all these problems. Look at—things aren’t going well. I don’t like this. I can do better than God. I will create utopia on earth.” And so this is what leads him to rebel against the throne. This is why Lucifer comes at God, and God of course destroys him, because He’s God. So Lucifer and the fallen angels become the demons. And the demons realize that—OK, you can’t make open war on God, because God will destroy you. So what do you do? You attack His creation.

So, if God’s connection to His creation is through the human heart, then that’s where you strike. So, you take over through the heart. C. S. Lewis, of course, Screwtape Letters, all of this, talks about it, how this is how you’re able to infiltrate the human heart. And when you infiltrate the human heart, you can suddenly turn it into these madmen. The actual demonic control of individuals through these ideas of, “What we are doing is for the greater good. What we are doing is for the future. We are smashing the old.” And so you require these propaganda operations again, and again, and again, and over time, to be able to get people to commit some of the most horrific— Again, raping nuns on an altar.

They talk of more examples. And they talk of totalitarianism. And how being unwilling to rock the boat, to stand up against the evil, is what allows it to flourish. Posobiec offers this hope at the end:

We actually don’t have to live this way, as a matter of fact. Every person has the ability, whether it’s within your own circle, within your own town. Or perhaps you’ve got a big platform, or, you know, you’re someone like Trump who’s running for office. You have the ability to actually change things.

One difference between now and previous times the pattern has played out is that this time they haven’t, despite their attempts, been able to silence all the sources of information. And truth seekers can often find the truth in there.

We all witnessed the debate. And they couldn’t control our reaction to it; a layer was pulled back. The assassination attempt was one of the most photographed and reported events of all time. There had been only one camera on the JFK assassination. At the Trump rally, there were tens of thousands of people—with hundreds of phone cameras trained on Trump when that happened. We’re asking questions. The data is being shared and examined by many people with various skills. And we’re not satisfied with the obfuscation of the cabal.

And one more difference about this time: it’s closer to the Second Coming. We have to do our part—to be on the side of God, and work for good in whatever is our circle of influence. But God will fight our battles—as He did when He slightly turned Trump’s head just as the trigger was pulled. He has split-second timing that we can’t master. But if we stay with Him, we will witness more miracles.

Check Your Heart

This week has been historic. There’s been so much already said about the attempted assassination of the Once and Future President Donald Trump that any additions I make are not necessary—except for my personal understanding. So I’m writing a few things, and you’re welcome to read them.

I am among those who see God’s hand in the preservation of this man. The slight turning of his head at exactly the right moment was the difference between a flesh wound to his ear and a kill shot to his head.

How do we know that was the work of God and not just coincidence or luck? The simple (but not necessarily easy) answer is: ask God, and then listen to His answer.

Back in the 1940s there was an assassination attempt against Hitler—actually, there were dozens, starting in the early 1930s. German pastor Dietrich Bonhoeffer was involved in a plot in 1944; he was imprisoned, and then put to death just days before Hitler’s eventual death and the end of the war. There’s a movie coming out soon about Bonhoeffer, and a very good book by Eric Metaxas. (I think the movie Valkyrie may be about this plot, which bore that name.) When it happened, a bomb in a briefcase failed to do the intended damage—to the furor who had already put to death millions of his own nation’s citizens and carried out death and carnage in a world war—because it was incidentally moved to the wrong side of a table leg.

Hitler himself saw he preservation from the explosive as God being on his side and protecting him. That seems to me a miscalculation, especially from someone who worshipped evil rather than God.

I am not comparing Trump to Hitler; that is what the enemies do. I am contrasting the two. Hitler the mass murderer was eventually stopped. Trump is fighting for the return of our freedoms—away from tyranny and coercion. And he’s doing it by all legal and constitutional—peaceful—means. The enemy, which has made it a theme to call him “literally Hitler,” are lying to cover for their own murderous hearts. We will need to be vigilant, in action and in prayer, to prevent the next several dozen attempts on Trump’s life.

There is a lot about this incident worth talking about: how could it happen? Who really caused it? What would have been the result if the attempt had succeeded? Some of that I’ll get to below, mostly sharing resources I’ve been looking at. So much more comes out every day. It may take a while for details to be sorted out—especially when the government is lying to us.

For now, what I’m really noticing are the differences in reactions. These are the differences between civilization and savagery. Donald Trump’s response, you’ll note, is exemplary of civilization.

Biden came out with a bland but appropriate statement, and then he asked for a lowering of the political temperature, which would have almost been believable and useful, if he hadn’t continued his own inflammatory rhetoric within a day.

This difference between civilization and savagery is not political, although there are relevant probabilities related to political leanings. We laugh about people afflicted with TDS—Trump Derangement Syndrome. It appears to be so real. Maybe what it really is can be simply stated as hatred. Calling him Hitler is a way to give themselves a sense of righteousness for their hate.

Screenshots of various tweets or posts have been showing up online. Here are a few, some of which have been held accountable by losing jobs. Being murderous is frowned upon by most employers. (I got all of these from Facebook; my apologies for not identifying original sources.)

These people—and others who publicly stated they wished Trump had been killed by an assassin as well as those who said it or even just thought it to themselves—they have marked themselves with their murderous, hateful intent. Their behavior—including their way of thinking—is not acceptable in a civilized society. Their hateful hearts cannot be accepted and welcomed among us. And more importantly, they have declared their murderous hearts before God.

We need to call them out, to show they felt murder was worth wanting—and laughing about lamenting the miss—ignoring the injury to Trump, the death of a hero in the audience, Corey Comperatore, who died protecting his wife and daughter, and two others (not yet identified) who were hospitalized with injuries. And of course the shooter (the one we know about) was also shot dead, which means getting the full story about his actions and motivations will be hard to get.

If you feel the sense of our time, that time is running out, and the book of Revelation is in play, the declaration that you approve of murder puts these people in the most precarious of situations. If they could suddenly awake to the putridness of their decay, and made a 180 turn toward righteousness, there might be hope for some of these individuals. If you know and love such a person, I feel for you and wish you the best in getting their attention. Maybe some of them have simply been deceived into believing that Trump is “literally Hitler,” despite reality. But time is running out for them. Their eternal destruction is imminent. It’s a sad thing to see.

In Other News

There has been more news this week—big enough that in normal times would be the headlines endlessly. As they say, make sure you have your popcorn ready:

·        The classified documents case has been completely dismissed: Prosecutor Jack Smith was not lawfully appointed, nor has he been accessing lawfully appropriated funds. 

·        Donald Trump chose J. D. Vance as his running mate, the next VP of the United States.

·        Trump gave a powerful speech at the RNC Convention, thanking God for his preservation, and calling for unity and peace—following many of his family members, who also gave good speeches.

·        Biden, meanwhile, got COVID.

·        Rumors are that Biden is stepping down from the campaign (not the presidency) and will not be endorsing Kamala Harris. This is supposed to come out officially on Sunday (exactly 42 months after the inauguration). But there might be another play or two by Jill Biden to prevent him from making that decision, or allowing the surrounding party from making that decision for him. 

·        There was the biggest internet glitch in history, worldwide, on Friday, July 19, 2024, affecting airlines, banks, hospitals, 911 systems, and more. We’re assured this was not a hack; it was an error caused by a system update, and instructions for repair (which would require some physical one-machine-at-a-time procedures) were given out.

·        Alec Baldwin charges dismissed.

·        Democrat US Representative from Houston, Sheila Jackson Lee dies of pancreatic cancer. There will need to be a special election for her replacement in the remainder of her term, and an appointment for her replacement on the November ballot. 

 

Resources Related to the Assassination Attempt

We are not getting the truth from government. There are obvious and not-so-obvious lies, mixed in with the confusion that happens when an event is new and not all the details are known. A quote from the late great Alan Vera is apt here (he usually said it in the context of election problems):

"Incompetence is the perfect camouflage for malfeasance."

I am undecided at this point as to how much is incompetence and how much is malfeasance. But you have to believe the people who hate Trump the most because of his threat to their power also just happen to be unbelievably incompetent. Whatever it was, it was a massive security failure.

I suggest Dan Bongino’s daily podcast, on Rumble and elsewhere. As a former Secret Service agent, he has insider insights. I’ve also been following Robert Gouveia, a law vlogger, on YouTube or Locals, who is gathering information as it becomes available, with the eye of a defense attorney (always suspicious of government statements) building a case.
