Still Sharing My Search for Truth

On Tuesday I posted a piece on the election, and I later shared it on Facebook, where a number of friends go to find it easily. I don’t have an overtly political Facebook page. In fact, almost the only political-type pieces I post there are my blog links. I usually say something that hints of what the post is about, but I don’t put the most controversial things there. That link is for those who choose to go read my blog, not to offend the friends who do not.

So, on Tuesday I wrote, “As much as the loud voice keeps shouting, 'Resistance is futile,' I'm going to ignore that and keep doing what I'm still free to do.” And the title of the post was “Be Not Dismayed.” There is nothing there about the election. But the first photo in the piece comes up to illustrate the link, and the photo was of Sidney Powell, giving an interview that I reference in the piece.

I know several friends were able to find the piece and share it. But my husband was not allowed to share it. Facebook said no. So he got the link from my blog to make his own post; Facebook didn’t allow him to post it. They suggestion he explain why he thought my blog post didn't violate their community standards. They did not inform me of any violation. Nor did they mention what standards I was supposedly in violation of. That friend who advises that we shouldn't worry, because our lives are too boring for anyone to check up on or censor, apparently I'm nevertheless a person of interest.

Thursday in the Houston Chronicle we found yet another reason not to subscribe. (We’re down to online only, for the non-news portions of the paper, mainly.) It’s an Associated Press story, purportedly not an opinion piece, titled, “Senate hearing elevates baseless claims of election fraud.” Well. First, the writers and editors are apparently unclear on the concept of news vs. opinion, because the bias is right there in the title. In paragraph two the Democrats are portrayed as heroically pushing back “against the unfounded allegations and a former federal cybersecurity official who oversaw election security said continued attempts to undermine confidence in the process were corrosive to democracy.”

As an editor, I might point out that if Democrats “push back against unfounded allegations” and the writers don’t put a comma before going on, they give us a confusing run-on sentence leading us to believe that those Democrats pushed back against both allegations and the former federal cybersecurity official. But people write quickly these days; I wouldn’t want someone carefully editing my posts (although I try to). However, these “news” reporters don’t name the official. They say “former,” but they don’t say whether he oversaw election security “formerly” or this year. They don’t give us any actual reason to believe that this person knows anything about this particular election, only that he agrees with the “no election fraud” narrative they’re pushing on us. I'm sure Facebook wouldn't find them in violation of their standards.

In a video from last weekend, Patrick Byrne applauds NTD News, an associate of The Epoch Times, who is holding the microphone, and says,

You know, the mainstream media has had this snooty attitude for years, like, “We’re not sure you’re good enough to join us.” Well, they have so disgraced themselves by how they have handled— what they have revealed themselves to be, over recent years, but in particular in regard to this national emergency, that, from now on it ought to be the outside the mainstream, from folks like you to the alternative press. But this is where truth is to be found. And I think it’s time that we start saying to them, they have so humiliated themselves, there’s no point. It’s like a narcissistic relationship; the only way to solve it is to withdraw. And I am withdrawing. I am hereby letting— I don’t care about going on Fox, CNN, any of these things I’ve done before. I want to do the media that is honest and credible but is not with those corporate guys who are bending a knee to what is an obvious slow coup.

I’m still finding a crazy amount of news, just about every day. But it isn’t coming from mainstream sources. Since the “media” continues to see no election fraud, and finds fault only with the majority of the population who want to keep our Constitution, let’s do a bit more educating, right here on this personal opinion blog that may bring you more facts in a day than any one of those MSM propagandists.

 

Bombshells

As I write, I keep getting hit with more big news. Here are two, only tangentially related to the election, that I’ve become aware of just since late last night.

 

Lin Woods Tweet

Yesterday, attorney Lin Woods sent out a series of tweets about Chief Justice Roberts. Key is this one, saying,

In discussing @realDonaldTrump in phone conversation in 8/19, Justice John Roberts stated that he would make sure “the mother f#*ker would never be re-elected.” Roberts engaged in phone conversations with Justice Stephen Breyer discussing how to work to get Trump voted out.

According to Joshua Philipp, during his Thursday night livestream, Woods also tweeted that he has documentation placed in the hands of several third parties. The documentation is alleged to be a recorded phone conversation. Philipp points out that Woods is a defamation lawyer; he knows better than to make defamatory statements about people that he can't back up.

 

Strzok Texts

Also news is that another text of Peter Strzok was declassified, dated July 28, 2016. It mentions an open investigation into Trump. Important here is that Operation Crossfire Hurricane was opened July 31, 2016, and Strzok testified under oath that there was no investigation prior to that July 31^st date. This doesn’t say an investigation was opened July 28^th; it says there was an open investigation at that time, before a FISA warrant to spy on a US citizen. We don’t know when that investigation was opened. This was not worded as an investigation into the Trump campaign, but into Trump himself. It shows both that Strzok is guilty of perjury and that the FBI was corrupt.

 

Election-Related Stories

Peter Navarro Report

On Tuesday I referenced a documentary by Joshua Philipp of The Epoch Times. That’s an excellent source for a good list of the various incidences of fraud and the stories behind what happened. If you prefer to see a list in print, there’s a good one out today, offered by the President’s economic advisor Peter Navarro, in an unofficial capacity. His report is called The Immaculate Deception, dated December 15, 2020. You can read the entire pdf here. 

Where did Navarro get all the information that the media seems to think doesn’t exist?

Evidence used to conduct this assessment includes more than 50 lawsuits and judicial rulings, thousands of affidavits and declarations, testimony in a variety of state venues, published analyses by think tanks and legal centers, videos and photos, public comments, and extensive press coverage.

He categorizes the types of fraud into six general categories, and he identifies those in each state.

As Navarro summarizes, not everything happened in every state, and each state seems to have their own combination of the various types of fraud. So, while the particular type of outcome-changing fraud is different from state to state, the overall pattern of all six states is enough to imply coordination:

From the findings of this report, it is possible to infer what may well have been a coordinated strategy to effectively stack the election deck against the Trump-Pence ticket. Indeed, the patterns of election irregularities observed in this report are so consistent across the six battleground states that they suggest a coordinated strategy to, if not steal the election, then to strategically game the election process in such a way as to unfairly tilt the playing field in favor of the Biden-Harris ticket.

 

Director of National Intelligence Report

The President’s Executive Order of 2018 regarding foreign interference in US elections requires a report within 45 days of an election. That date is today. It was announced earlier this week that the report would not be ready on time. “Coordination” was needed. I don’t think we know what that means. But Director John Ratcliffe put out an earlier statement verifying that there was, indeed, foreign interference by China, Russia, and Iran. The Executive Order requires immediate sanctions on any nation or entity found to be interfering. I believe that means sanctions against those countries are now in place and do not wait for the public report.

The report itself was delayed until January. I don’t know how far into January, or how that will affect the Electoral College count on January 6^th. But so far Director Ratcliffe seems to be serious about making sure the intel gets heard and seen.

 

Dueling Electors

We mentioned Tuesday that the swing states all sent alternate electors—plus New Mexico. These may play a role on January 6, if an original slate of electors from a given state is protested. That is not unprecedented, but the widespread fraud in so many states is pretty wild.

Is there a plan underway? I hope so. I think so. People are starting to refer to “insurrection” and “martial law,” and I’m not ready to talk about either one. But I have some links below that try to explain.

General Corruption

Of the corruption in Washington, ties to communism, and tentacles everywhere, you might say,

You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. We must be cautious.

 

Patrick Byrne Video

A video was sent to me this week of entrepreneur and Overstock.com founder Patrick Byrne speaking bluntly about collusion within the government.  The most explosive accusation is that the government knew Hillary Clinton had taken a $20 million bribe from Turkey in late 2015; they knew it but needed more proof. So they asked Byrne to help them with a sting operation, which he did, and she took another $18 million bribe. Then the FBI backed off and refused to act on it. Byrne was told it was because she was going to win the 2016 election and serve out her 8 years, but Obama would keep the bribe proof as leverage to keep her in line. It didn’t work out that way, since she lost. Byrne has been waiting 5 years to talk about it.

The interview wasn’t the first time he has told the story. I heard parts of it more than a year ago, but not the key parts. Byrne laid out the full story in a very long blog post on October 6, 2020, ending a series titled Deep Capture. (It’s summarized in this October 21 piece.)  

As I tried to track down where the interview video originated, I learned that The Epoch Times had both a different interview with him, which I quoted above, plus an article. In that other Epoch Times interview last weekend, Byrne says this election is what China refers to as the “assassin’s mace,” quoting here in part:

It’s a reference to an old story in China. Two kingdoms were in a fight. But, instead of a war, the king of one got an assassin, just in the right place at the right time, with one stroke kills the other king. Then he’s able to take over the country, the kingdom, without needing—you don’t need a war. For a decade the Chinese have been referring to a coming “assassin’s mace” that takes out the US with one stroke….

It’s what we’re experiencing right now. This is a psy-op. And the hand of China, I believe, is behind it. But this isn’t just some random— This is a highly organized coup. They realized they did not have to steal the whole country to steal the country; they needed to steal six counties. And in those six counties they cheated like crazy. And that flips the states, the Electoral College. So it’s very sophisticated….

So, if we bend the knee to this, there will never again be a free election in America.

 

How do you find out all these things that are being hidden by mainstream sources? I suggest The Epoch Times—and all of their YouTube channels, which are also on their website and their new platform YouMaker.com; also OAN, Newsmax, plus various bloggers, vloggers, and others you might share among friends. You can’t let corporate news to decide what you should be allowed to know. Above all, pray to have the spirit of discernment.

Be Not Dismayed

I had a relatively brief hour of pain on Friday when the top of the hour news announced that the Supreme Court had dismissed the Texas lawsuit as not having standing. But despair just didn’t kick in. If disappointment comes later, it comes. But not yet.

Yesterday was the Electoral College vote, which went as expected. However, the Republican electors from each of the contested states also cast their votes. On January 6, when the votes are counted in Congress, those are there as an alternative—in case things have changed in the meantime.

This is not a first. One example is the 1960 election, when Democrat electors in Hawaii added their alternate votes for John F. Kennedy, just in case.   And they ended up being counted, after contested votes and recounts. People to this day believe that was a stolen election. It may have been. Anyway, the alternate votes are not unprecedented. And they provide a remedy if court cases prove fruitful.

Sidney Powell did an interview with The Epoch Times, on their American Thought Leaders program. When asked about the dismissal of the Texas case, she said,

It has no effect on our cases, because our plaintiffs are electors, who have constitutional standing in the Electors and Elections clause of the Constitution. So we will not have standing issues in the four cases that I brought. The Court really must address the merits.

Another case is also Lin Wood’s case out of Georgia, which is still before the Court. And another case out of Pennsylvania is also before the Court. There might be a standing issue in one of those, but between the multiple cases that are there right now, someone has to have standing. So one or more of those cases is going to have to be addressed on their merits, or we don’t have a Supreme Court.

Jan Jekielek, the host, asked her to explain standing—because every case that has been dismissed so far has been based on standing, or some other technicality, and not on the merits of the case. Courts have so far refused to view the evidence. She explained:

To bring a case you have to be a party that suffered an actual injury as a result of the conduct that is being complained of. So, for example, the Court was saying that Texas as a state doesn’t have a particular interest, particularly in how other states run their elections.

Attorney Robert Barnes has spoken out against the “standing” argument. It isn’t in the Constitution. It is simply a practice of the judicial system since around 1922. It prevents the courts from being tied up in frivolous suits by weeding out a lot of complaints. But it is being used as an excuse to avoid cases that are unpleasant or politically divisive.

As a Texan, I do feel injured by voter fraud in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and anywhere else that brought about an unlawful result. Everyone in my state—and the whole country—is injured by that fraud.

I think it was in the Sidney Powell interview where she said it’s like someone broke into your house, and the police, instead of investigating, say, “You bring us the evidence of who did it, and maybe then we’ll do something about it.” That’s not how the justice system is supposed to work. The victim should not be required to do all the investigations; they should just have to show evidence that a crime was committed. The machines should have been impounded and forensically examined immediately after the election, as soon as fraud was suspected.

Nevertheless, do we have evidence that a crime was committed? Absolutely. Powell said,

[In Georgia’s recount] They often ran the same ballot through the same fraudulent counting machines, which did absolutely no good whatsoever. They did not look at each ballot and compare the signatures. If we could even get 100,000 ballots—of the last 100,000 ballots run in Georgia, for example—we could show by instant mechanical analysis the difference in the ballots and the ink.

We know that there were hundreds of thousands of fraudulent ballots imported into the country, likely from China. We have video of some coming across the border from Mexico. There’s other information of ballots being shipped from one state to another. In fact, there was a postal service drive, I think who was sent from New York to Pennsylvania in the middle of the night with a truckload of ballots that was then used to “backfill” the vote count. It’s absolutely absurd. We have more evidence coming in today of a massive load of ballots, I think from Arizona to Georgia.

So they had these warehouses of counterfeit ballots in different parts of the country, apparently, and then shipped them in the middle of the night as needed to backfill in the states where President Trump’s voters poured out in such great number that they broke the algorithm they had pre-programmed in the computers for Dominion to create the fraud. That’s why they had to stop counting in five states.

And that’s why it’s absolutely absurd to say that there wasn’t voter fraud here. We have counterfeit ballots. We have dead people voting—and by the thousands, if not hundreds of thousands. There was something someone called “phantom voters.” There were just more manner and means of fraud than any law-abiding American citizen could possibly imagine. It’s stunning. It’s absolutely stunning. They were so in our face with it. And then to deny it is purely Machiavellian.

More manner and means of fraud than we can imagine. Apparently the other side does not lack imagination; they’ve thrown everything at this election.

Joshua Philipp came out with a documentary yesterday that I highly recommend. They have it on YouTube. But, even though it is a documentary, which is supposed to be allowed by YouTube, it is likely to get censored there. So it is also available at The Epoch Times website, and on a new platform they have created so they can make sure it isn’t censored, now open for others to use as well, called YouMaker.com. I'm unable to embed it, so please use a link.

The documentary takes an hour and a half to lay out the known evidence of election fraud, and traces ties to China, Soros, and others. If we can’t get evidence before a court, then we ought to be sharing it among the American people and the world.

What happens when we know the fraud happened, but the news media and their followers go along as if there was no such thing? What happens now? Is there a path forward?

Joshua Philipp, on his Sunday night Q&A, said, 

These different lawsuits are going to delay the outcome of the election. And, as long as there are lawsuits in play, the election is still contested.

The only constitutional deadline is the actual inauguration, January 20th. And challenges in past elections have gone on beyond that. Time is still short, but there are things that can happen. Electoral votes can be challenged during the usually ceremonial reading on January 6^th, before the new Congress. A protest was attempted just four years ago, but without effect, because it requires both a House and Senate member to protest in writing. So go ahead and urge your Congressman and Senator to prepare to protest. If a protest is successful, I’m uncertain whether the alternative Electoral votes would be used instead, or if those votes would be removed from the count.

If they are removed from the count and neither candidate gets 270 votes, then the constitutional alternative is that each state gets one vote, based on its majority delegation’s vote, which gives Trump a likely win in that scenario.

Another wild card is that 2018 Executive Order President Trump signed, concerning foreign interference in our election. This requires a report from intelligence organizations by 45 days after the election, which will be Friday, December 18^th. Sidney Powell was asked about this:

If that report is an honest report, it’s going to blow the mind of every citizen in the country who’s willing to look at the truth and the facts, because we’ve never witnessed anything like this in the history of this country. And it’s got to be stopped right now, or there will never be a free and fair election.

Joshua Philipp, Sunday night, talked about the 2018 Executive Order as well. Would Trump declare marshal law based on it?

Frankly, given the evidence, maybe if he’s presented— Again, within 45 days of November 3^rd, the director of National Intelligence, because of that 2018 Executive Order Trump signed, they’re going to be giving Trump a report based on, that’s going to outline whether there was any instance of foreign influence in this election. Not just directly, but even indirectly through people who were carrying out actions.

At the very least, we can say Dominion has people who are indirectly tied to foreign governments. Based on their structure. Based on their ties to China. Based on its $400 million purchase. Based on several other factors. And Smartmatic, again, ties to Venezuela. That alone would be enough, very likely, for him to enact some of the powers within that.

Someone commented in that Q&A that they thought President Trump would use whatever power was available to him to make sure the results of this election are honest. “It’s now or never. Trump knows the USA is in his hands.” Philipp had said earlier that he thought Trump found the corruption much greater than he had imagined he would face. And here he said:

This is true. Now, imagine you’re in Trump’s shoes, right? I can tell you—again, I work for, Crossroads is a show of The Epoch Times. We’ve been hit by multiple fake news reports. You can see these stories from the outside. You can know that—“Oh, they did this hit piece on this guy, and it was unfair; it was dishonest.” Until it happens to you, and you know your own story, and you know your own background, and you know the facts. And then you see how media twist all that around, and how they lie about it. And how they even fabricate information.

Until you see how they lie to people, until you see it happen to you, it doesn’t have as much power. When you have that clarity, and you see how they are willing to lie for their own political or business interests—

Trump has seen this now. He’s seen it with just about every institution in this country, public or private. He’s seen it in government. He’s seen it in the courts. He has seen it with these different nonprofit organizations. He’s seen it with business. He’s seen it with tech. He’s seen it with the media.

Would he hand this country over to those people? Because those are the people—these same ones doing these things—those are the same people who’ve been telling those lies. These same people who’ve been doing that are the ones who are doing this right now. Would Trump, having that wide view, would he hand over the United States of America to these people, based on what they did?

Look at his character over the past year, and you can tell me your assessment on that. Seeing Trump, and knowing how he works, I cannot see him doing that. I cannot see him handing over this country to those people, when he sees these things from that perspective.

What exactly President Trump will do, I am not certain. Possibly military tribunals? Is that what marshal law entails? I’m not sure. But, whatever he does will require the support of the American people.

We saw the support in droves on Saturday, as people gathered in Washington to “Stop the Steal.” Numbers were hard to determine, because there were four such groups around the capital, and elsewhere around the country.

Numbers tell us that at least 70% of Trump voters believe the election was stolen by fraud. I don’t know how many Biden voters now believe that, because news about it has been censored. 

Earlier today I caught the end of a Stop the Steal press conference with electors. A man named Ed Martin talked about the Chinese interference:

If there was ever a presidency, now we know where the Chinese regime would want to get rid of one president and get another one in, it’s Donald Trump standing up to them and Joe Biden compromised by the Chinese regime. That’s the facts. Unrefuted. Not Ed Martin’s evidence. Unrefuted facts. It’s what we call proof. And we haven’t seen any response. And now were supposed to just look the other way and it’ll all work out? We’ll have ways to check on it? No we can’t do that. So, the Communist regime, they know this. And we won’t stop. Because we win; they lose. That’s what we know.

He was quoting Reagan there: “We win; they lose.” If we don’t think that way, the only alternative is to succumb to evil.

Sidney Powell gave this parting thought:

This is not about President Trump. He’s just a symbol of “We the People.” It’s about the future of the Republic. We have to fix this. We have to fix it right now.

In the final segment of the Crossroads documentary, Joshua Philipp refers to the principles in our founding and says,

These truths have spread worldwide, inspiring patriots and becoming universal values. The year 2020: the 233rd year since the creation of the Constitution of the United States, establishing fundamental laws and guaranteeing basic rights of citizens, including the rights to life, liberty, and private property.

Yet, if the 2020 presidential election is stolen by communist forces within and outside of America, then the separation of power among the three branches of government in a fair legal system would cease to exist. The freedom to elect would cease to exist. The freedom and equality of the American people would cease to exist. It would be an attempted coup to subvert the foundations upon which the United States of America was built. Communism would slam into the United States like a tsunami. America, the beacon of democracy, would be extinguished, and the world would enter a dark age.

This is bigger than one president. It’s bigger than one nation. It’s also personal for each of us. We must not succumb to evil, no matter how loudly that voice insists, “Resistance is futile.” We must keep fighting evil, however God directs us to do that.

Big Week for News

In preparation for what I would write about today, I started collecting some of the big stories. I don’t know when there has been so much big news happening day after day. So I had a good start. And then, early this morning, I got a similar list passed along to me, including all I had, plus a few. Some I can’t verify yet. I and people like me just want to know, Do we get to keep our country and our freedoms? We’re interested, so we keep searching for true news, wherever we can find it. And right now the news is coming at us like a firehose.

 

The Texas Lawsuit

The biggest story, especially living here in Texas, is about the Texas lawsuit against Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin, filed late near midnight Monday.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s Office put out this statement: 

“Trust in the integrity of our election processes is sacrosanct and binds our citizenry and the States in this Union together. Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin destroyed that trust and compromised the security and integrity of the 2020 election. The states violated statutes enacted by their duly elected legislatures, thereby violating the Constitution. By ignoring both state and federal law, these states have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens’ vote, but of Texas and every other state that held lawful elections,” said Attorney General Paxton. “Their failure to abide by the rule of law casts a dark shadow of doubt over the outcome of the entire election. We now ask that the Supreme Court step in to correct this egregious error.”  

Back in September we had a series on the Constitution. When we covered Article 3, the Judicial Branch, we noted that in Section 2, the Supreme Court is not just the ultimate appeals court. In certain circumstances it is the court of original jurisdiction. One such situation is when one or more of the states is a party in the suit.

So this Texas case goes directly to the Supreme Court. No stops along the way for a lower court to hear it or reject it. This case is “outcome determinative,” meaning that this one case could determine effect on the outcome of the election, since enough electors are involved. Whereas cases involving individual states would not, by themselves, determine outcome, because their electors alone would not make enough difference.

However, the Supreme Court is not being asked to determine the winner of the election. If it determines that the states indeed broke the law in ways that affected Texas and other states, the Constitution outlines possible alternatives. The first is for those state legislatures to meet and select a slate of electors. They would be free to select either candidate, although all of the states in question (plus AZ and NV, who are also swing states with voter fraud issues) have Republican-majority state legislatures.

If states fail to send electors and neither candidate thus gets 270 electoral votes, then the alternative approach is for the US House to vote—with a single vote from each state, based on its majority delegation. Timing changes the exact numbers, because Republicans have gained in the November election. If such a vote happens after seating the new Congress, then Republicans have 27 to Democrats’ 22, or something similar. If done with the existing Congress, Republicans still lead by a couple.

As of yesterday, 17 states had signed on to the Texas case. Today I have heard the numbers 18, 19, and 25, but I haven't been able to verify more than 17. Also, President Trump is joining in this lawsuit as a direct interested party. There are various ways to join the suit—to become additional equal plaintiffs, or to offer amicus briefs, and probably other ways. I don’t know which states have done what. Arizona has also offered an amicus brief stating that they believe the Supreme Court must take the case, since there is no lower court to remand it to. Justices Alito and Thomas seem to agree, based on what they've said previously.

SCOTUS has asked for responses by this afternoon (Thursday), so we should know what those contain by Friday.

Frei starts with this:

And let me tell you something: This is a well-drafted lawsuit. It is an election lawsuit, and the next time someone tells you that there were no voter irregularities anywhere in this election, tell them to read this lawsuit or watch this vlog, because they simply don’t know what they’re talking about or they work for CNN.

He adds that it is “challenging the Supreme Court to take action on the issue.” And he points out that the lawsuit focuses on these states’ breaking the law—both their own state laws and the US Constitution. Then it lists the damage done to faith in the outcome, using the most provable of claims that require only known data, not speculation.

One main point is that each of these states changed voting laws without the legislature; election law is required by the US Constitution to be set by state legislatures. I think in one case a state had a legislative change, but the change went directly against that state’s own constitution.

YouTube Censorship

The next big story, coincidentally, is that YouTube announced a new censorship policy.

As of yesterday, any video that makes the claim that the election is not settled will be taken down for being false. They claim that, because December 8^th was the “safe harbor” day, a week before the scheduled Electoral College vote, when electors are appointed and given time to be prepared for their vote, that all is settled. Note that nothing in law mentions a “safe harbor” date. The date of the Electoral College vote is in statute but goes unmentioned in the Constitution. Only the January 20 inauguration date is mentioned (and that isn’t original either; it has been as late as April).

YouTube ignores all the cases that are making the electors in as many as six swing states unsettled. But if you argue with them, you will be silenced.

In essence, because their censorship policy coincides with the very substantial Texas case, they may be silencing news about an active, pressing, even historic Supreme Court case. 

There is quibbling, however. Joshua Philipp described it in his December 9 Q&A. He says, by his reading, it looks like you can say that Trump won the election. And you can say that there were voting irregularities. But if you tie those ideas together to say that voting irregularities mean that Trump really won the election, you will be censored.

On the R&R Law Group vlog  Wednesday, Robert F. Gruler tried to describe YouTube’s EDSA rules (educational, documentary, scientific, or artistic). YouTube’s example was that of a documentary that included speech by Nazi Germans; taken in context, that could be allowed, because it is used to show history, not to promote Nazism. Gruler, in applying that to the current election f-word (fraud), believes he can present information from original sources and offer some analysis of that, but would not be allowed to offer conclusions based on that analysis that go against YouTube’s assertion that the election outcome is settled.

That means you can still find videos on YouTube, ones where content producers are being very careful. But just in case, they’ll probably all tell you they’re pursuing other platforms, such as Rumble, Twitch, Facebook, Twitter, and probably others. I’ve been trying to navigate YouTube alternatives, but not yet successfully. I think that is going to be inevitable, though. I’ve been trying to learn to navigate MeWe and Parler as well, as alternatives to Facebook (see the story below), but I find them difficult and unsatisfying so far. Maybe it’s an age thing. I’m also aware that Blogger is a Google app, and that means I may eventually face scrutiny even here.

 

Facebook Monopoly

Meanwhile, Facebook is being forced to divest some of the companies it has acquired. By buying up any small competitor, it has essentially made itself a monopoly. The FTC lawsuit is asking that Facebook sell off Instagram and WhatsApp, and possibly others. The pressure for this case has been building for a decade, but only recently has scrutiny been paid to the control social media is exerting on the information people can get and share.

Another odd story came in a text passed along from a friend, but she could not identify the originator. Here are the main parts, copied as is:

The Kraken is SOF directed against domestic enemies who committed the election theft of 2020. This Kraken is needed because the CIA was running a rogue ELECTION THEFT!!!! operation out of our US Consulate office in Frankfurt Germany starting Tuesday, November 3rd, 2020. This is similar to the dozens of other election theft ops that the CIA has conducted in other countries around the world, very illegal then and now. Americans got a taste of what its like to be fraked by the CIA. Something many countries around the world already know. The US Army command was ordered by DoD and Trump to go in to Frankfurt and seize the CIA's own servers as evidence of the theft. The US Army did NOT raid Scytl's Frankfurt operation, that story is a ruse. The US Army seized American servers. We own them. We retrieved our own servers from a rogue CIA Election Theft Operation (similar to Hammer/Scorecard). Now President Trump has the servers….

This news will bring down the CIA, FBI, all of the major news organizations Washington Post, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, all of the television media, ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, FOX, all of the tech titans Facebook, Twitter and especially Google. Foreign governments in Canada (PM Justin Trudeau), in United Kingdom (PM Boris Johnson), in France (President Emmanual Macron), in Germany (Chancellor Angela Merkel) and even the entire European Parliament will collapse. Trump has encrypted calls of John Brennan and Chris Way [sic] commiting sedition. Trump has encrypted communications between Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Senator Chuck Schumer commiting sedition. Trump has information proving that dozens of Congress people, Senators and Governors all around America have committed election fraud and sedition. Trump has all the information and evidence needed to prove that CNN, FOX, Facebook, Twitter have all conspired to steal this election from the American people. President Trump has all of this information. How? Trump controls the NSA and the NSA has everything. Trump has everything because the NSA has everything. BOMBSHELL INDEED!

I’ve heard enough elsewhere that I believe the CIA servers were seized in Frankfurt. And quite possibly Kraken is the name of a military intelligence unit; I’m uncertain how to verify that, but I've heard it from multiple places. I don’t know about any of the rest of it. Is it wishful thinking that we could take down all the anti-America conspirators? Probably. But then, who knows? It’s the year 2020, after all.

Anyway, it has been a rather heavy news week. It’s still a challenge to wade through to find truth. But, until the censors become completely successful, at least we can still try to do that.
